Peas in a Pod

The first set of kids came this morning...finally.  I've been checking the does round the clock and we are now under way.  Mila was first today with a set of triplets - all identical girls.  Last time she kidded she had quads,  so this year she's taking a break and only raising 3 kids.  LOL The remaining 5 does are bagged up so it won't be long. 

Wool Dryer Balls

Reduce drying time and static cling with this chemical free way to dry your clothes.  I make these balls from my own wool that I know is chemical free. You will need 4 per load for to be effective but they will last for years.  If you ever wondered about the toxins in fabric softeners just google "chemicals in dryer sheets".

Eggs

The hens are now laying to beat the band.  We have eggs for sale at $2.50 per dozen.  We use no chemicals, antibiotics or hormones.  Our feed is grown locally and I am supplementing with flax seed.  Give me a shout if you're interested.  Delivery may be available.
